Buster Keaton (October 4, 1895 – February 1, 1966), “The Great Stone Face”

A man famous for directing and acting in silent films, his deadpan expression, physical comedy, and, featured above, his stunt performance.  This man did all his own stunts, and they are amazing.

Objectively the greatest physical comedian to ever live.

Blah-blah-blah fitblr, etc. etc.
Lose 15-20 lbs. More cardio than I’m ekeing out with my 30 minute elliptical sessions each week. Way more.
Bi’s, tri’s, delts need work. More concentration curls, lateral raises, front raises, and tricep push-downs.
My pecs are okay, but not great. Need to stop being intimidated by the bench.
I’m genetically gifted with a wide set of lats that I’d like to develop a bit more. Traps as well. The joys of having a mesomorphic core and weird, spindly ectomorpic arms.
Okay, and yes, lower body will be included in there somewhere. They should fall in line with all the cardio. I already have a naturally freakish pair of calves.
More protein, less fats and carbs (hard to do when you work in a bakery/cafe), and less junk in general. More water, black coffee only, and lay off the hooch (weekends only).

MALCOM WE HAVE TO COOK

Sometimes I watch Let’s Plays without commentary and pretend that they’re movies. One time I watched L.A. Noire like it was a detective show.

Wolfenstein: The New Order is probably a better movie than it is a game.

Dwarf Fortress, not so much.

  • Fuck this week.
  • Fuck you.

  • My 29th birthday is next week.
